Fixed Fee

  • This model is ideal for matters with a well-defined scope, such as contract review or simple data compliance audits.

Hourly Rate

  • This model is suitable for ongoing legal matters like investigations or litigation where the scope of work may evolve. You’ll be charged based on the time spent by our lawyers on your case, with clear and detailed billing records.

Hybrid Model

  • This combines elements of fixed and hourly billing. It’s suitable for matters with a defined core service (e.g., contract negotiation) but may require additional work depending on the complexity (e.g., potential litigation).

contingent Fee

  • Our fees are partially or entirely contingent on a successful outcome (e.g., winning a lawsuit or recovering assets). This fee is usually a percentage of the award or settlement.
